Is the interactive example the pilot?
No. The example uses preloaded sample information, resets after use, and cannot accept or save a clinic report. Accepted clinics receive separate guided pilot access.
Does VisitRevive replace our EMR?
No. VisitRevive is designed to work alongside the clinic's existing system using an agreed appointment-report workflow.
Which EMRs can work?
Raintree is the first documented setup. Appointment reports from WebPT, Prompt, and other systems are evaluated during the fit call before a clinic is accepted.
How long is the pilot?
The active Scheduling Recovery Pilot lasts 14 days, with a midpoint review on Day 7 and a continuation decision on Day 14. A short Day 30 check confirms whether visits booked during the pilot were completed.
Do we upload patient information?
Never through the public website. Accepted clinics can use an unlisted local Report Prep Assistant that reads the selected CSV in the browser and creates a fictional test file without sending source contents to VisitRevive. This is a founding-pilot privacy safeguard, not a HIPAA compliance certification.
What happens after the pilot?
If the workflow creates enough value, the clinic may choose a paid continuation. The continuation terms are discussed before the pilot begins so there are no surprises.
Is this a finished HIPAA-ready enterprise product?
No. This is an early, hands-on workflow pilot. Do not provide protected health information unless a future written agreement and appropriate safeguards explicitly allow it.
