These terms govern use of the VisitRevive website and founding-pilot application.

Early-stage pilot

VisitRevive is an early-stage product under evaluation. Website descriptions are informational and do not guarantee availability, compatibility, recovered visits, financial results, or clinical outcomes. Any pilot participation will be governed by a separate written agreement.

Not medical or billing advice

VisitRevive does not provide medical, legal, coding, billing, or compliance advice. Clinics remain responsible for clinical decisions, scheduling, documentation, billing, patient communications, and compliance with applicable laws and payer requirements.

No patient information

Do not submit protected health information or other patient-identifying information through the public website or pilot application. Pilot data instructions will be provided separately before any clinic data is reviewed.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, or use automated systems to abuse the application form.

Intellectual property

The VisitRevive name, website content, design, and product materials are owned by their respective rights holders. You may review the website for legitimate business purposes but may not copy or redistribute it as your own.

Availability and liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis during the pilot stage. To the extent permitted by law, VisitRevive is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of this website.
